Belroc was established in 2004 in Kingston, Ontario. Over the past 16 years we’ve built up a reputation as a specialist in complete Division 10 packages – allowing contractors, architects and facility managers to address their needs around privacy, hygiene, accessibility, safety and security in a single swoop.
Our best work is invisible
We’re endlessly fascinated by the interplay of people and buildings, and how design impacts on these interactions.
We help healthcare providers create interiors that actively support hygiene, efficiency and wellbeing – enabling people to work, rest and recover better. Our very best work is the kind that goes unnoticed, and we believe that’s the way it should be.
Belroc’s headquarters is located in Kingston, Ontario, and we also have offices in Toronto and Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.
Within Ontario, we offer a comprehensive service for all healthcare facilities. This ranges from developing complete interior packages for new build projects, through to smaller renovations and upgrades. Outside of Ontario, our operations are exclusively focused on new build projects within the long term and residential care sector.
Knowledge of the construction industry and experience working alongside multiple trades makes Belroc a leader in its field. Our clients can depend on us to solve problems, reduce risk and maximise value – but also to deliver on these promises in the most efficient manner.
We offer expert guidance and consultancy that helps healthcare providers to develop interior specialty packages that meet their specific requirements on compliance, specification and budget. We call our unique approach 3DX – a process of consultation, innovation and efficiency that sets Belroc’s work apart.
Our Green Policy
We are committed to taking all possible steps to reduce the environmental footprint of our operations. Belroc Sustain outlines our pledge to reduce waste and build sustainable practices into our business, including our innovative Project Pods, which are aimed at reducing road freight and single use packaging.
We are proud to work with some of the industry’s largest suppliers of specialty products with a focus on quality, practicality, innovation and aesthetics. Our long-standing relationships with companies like Inpro, Hadrian Manufacturing and Bobrick allows us to tap into an enormous reservoir of experience – a huge asset when it comes to developing bespoke Division 10 packages across a range of sectors.
Project Pods are repurposed shipping containers which are packed directly from our warehouse in reverse chronological order for maximum efficiency in use. All the materials required to complete any one project can be shipped in one or more Pods which eliminates repeated truck deliveries and associated emissions.
