If you’ve been following Belroc’s work over the past number of years then you’ll know that we’ve worked on a quite a few projects for All Seniors Care, one of the country’s oldest and most respected names in retirement and senior living residences.
This business has come about as a result of our long-standing relationship with contracting firm, Pomerleau. Having completed five previous construction and refurbishment projects with them for ASC, you can imagine our excitement when we discovered that the company was planning to open a brand new residential facility right here in Kingston, where Belroc is headquartered.
We are delighted to be partnering with our friends at Pomerleau once again to help deliver what will be a first-class residential home to address the needs of seniors and their families in the Kingston area.
All Seniors Care takes a unique approach to elderly care with a focus on luxury surroundings styled to reflect the more classic tastes of their mature clients, and promoting independence wherever possible.
The Kingston development, named Cataraqui Heights, boasts an impressive 188,000 sq ft of living space with 183 units spread across the three storey care facility, plus an adjacent six storey independent living wing.
As with previous projects, Belroc’s scope on this job will include a mixture of compartments and cubicles, washroom accessories, lockers, mailboxes, entrance mats and curtain and track systems designed to promote independence and provide dignity for all residents, regardless of their age and ability levels.
The construction side is moving along at pace now under beautiful sunny skies and we are watching with interest as the time for Belroc’s install gets closer!
